We are a members club. Over 18s are entitled to apply by submission of a membership form and payment to our Bar Manager.
Membership renewals
EXISTING MEMBERS please use the RENEWAL FORM and not the membership form: HERE
The renewal period for existing members will open on 1st April and run until 31st May. During this period, all existing members can renew their membership by submitting a completed renewal form, photo (which can be taken at the bar) and making payment.
New Members
New Members are classed as anyone who was not a member during 2023-24. Members in 2023-24 who do not renew before 31st May should also apply as a New Member.
The WSSCL membership subscription for 2024-25 is £45. For applicants aged between 18 and 21 on 1st April 2024, the cost is £30.
New Member applications will be accepted throughout the year by submitting a completed New Member form, photo and making payment. New Members require a proposer and seconder who must be club members. Details of new members will be posted on a club noticeboard for a period of at least 5 days after application.
Membership is subject to acceptance by the Wandgas Sports & Social Club Management Committee; membership rights may be withdrawn in the case of inappropriate behaviour.
Membership Basics
You must be 18 years or older to apply for membership. All existing memberships run until 31st May 2024. Memberships for 2024-25 will be valid until 31st May 2025.
For all 2024-25 membership applications, a photo of the adult member (and a separate photo for their listed partner if they hold an additional card) are required. Photos can be provided via email along with the name of the member or partner - SEE CONTACT DETAILS BELOW. Alternatively, photos can be taken at the bar by a member of staff when a form is submitted. Membership forms are available behind the bar or by email request.
All members (and their partners, if requested) will receive a membership card free of charge when they are first admitted as members of the club. Replacements are charged at £5 per card.
